- Regular Delivery (3rd Party Services)
- We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time.
- Delivery time frames may vary depending on your location, order size, and the courier service’s schedule. Typically, standard deliveries are made within 3-7 business days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Express Delivery by Ayuniya (Kandy City Only)
- For customers located in Kandy, we are pleased to offer our exclusive Express Delivery service.
- Orders placed with this option will be delivered directly by Ayuniya’s dedicated delivery team within a maximum of 4 hours from the time of order confirmation.
- This service is available at the same delivery rate as our regular service, making it an affordable choice for customers who need their products fast.
- Please note that Express Delivery is currently only available within the Kandy city area, but we are working to expand this service to more locations in the near future.
Returns Policy
At Ayuniya, we are committed to providing quality products. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where you encounter issues with your purchase.
- We do not accept general returns. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any other non-quality related issue.
